The Mysterious Benedict Society work together to rescue Mr. Benedict from his brother.
The Bad
The kids disobey their guardians. Mr. Curtain’s henchmen are called Ten Men because they have ten different ways of hurting you. Mr. Curtain kidnaps the Mysterious Benedict Society.
Ages
9+ is a good age for this book. It’s also a great read-aloud.
My Take
I think I like this book even more than the first one! The clues are so fun to solve and Trenton Lee Stewart holds you in suspense throughout the story! A great book.
