Five Go Adventuring Again

Five go Adventuring Again by Enid Blyton

It’s Christmas time and some important papers are taken from Kirrin Cottage. The Five are determined to catch the thief, but without any clues, they’re really puzzled. How do they catch the culprit? Then they discover a map, and a secret hideaway! Suddenly, things are falling into place. . .

The Good

The Famous Five are still kind to those who they suspect.

The Bad

Nothing really bad…

Ages

Ages 9+ should read this book. It might also be a good read-aloud.

My Take

If you haven’t read my review on the first Famous Five book, read that here.

This book is also similar to the Adventure series. I enjoyed this book more than the first one, but I still prefer the Adventure series. I’m not  going to review all the rest of the books in this series. Personally, I didn’t really like them.
